How do I create an account?

Click the "Sign Up" button in the top right corner of the homepage. You'll need to provide your name, email address, and create a password. After verifying your email, you can start using Dentist Pro immediately.

What can I do with Dentist Pro?

Do I need to download an app?

No, Dentist Pro is a web-based application that works directly in your browser. You can access it from any device with an internet connection - desktop, tablet, or mobile phone.

Appointments

How do I book an appointment?

Booking an appointment is easy:

  1. Navigate to the "Book Appointment" page from your dashboard
  2. Browse available dentists and select one that meets your needs
  3. Choose an available date and time slot
  4. Provide reason for visit and any additional notes
  5. Confirm your booking

You'll receive a confirmation email immediately after booking.

Can I reschedule or cancel an appointment?

Yes, you can manage your appointments from your dashboard. We recommend cancelling or rescheduling at least 24 hours in advance to help dentists manage their schedules effectively.

Will I receive appointment reminders?

Yes! You'll receive email reminders 24 hours before your appointment. If you've provided a phone number, you may also receive SMS reminders depending on your notification preferences.

What if I'm running late?

If you're running late, please contact the dental office directly as soon as possible. Contact information is available in your appointment confirmation email and on your dashboard.

AI Chat

What can I ask the AI?

Our AI assistant is designed to answer general dental health questions, such as:

  • Dental hygiene tips and best practices
  • Common dental procedures and what to expect
  • Oral health concerns and when to see a dentist
  • Post-procedure care instructions
  • General information about dental conditions

The AI chat is for informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Always consult with a licensed dentist for specific medical advice or if you're experiencing dental pain or emergencies.

Is my conversation private?

Yes, your AI chat conversations are private and encrypted. We do not share your chat history with third parties. However, we may use anonymized data to improve our AI model. See our Privacy Policy for more details.

Can I save or delete my chat history?

Your chat history is automatically saved and can be accessed from your dashboard. If you'd like to delete your chat history, please contact support for assistance.

Account Management

How do I update my profile information?

Navigate to your dashboard and click on your profile or avatar. You can update your name, email, phone number, and other personal information from there. Changes are saved automatically.

How do I change my password?

Go to your account settings and select "Change Password". You'll need to enter your current password and then create a new one. For security reasons, we recommend using a strong, unique password.

Can I delete my account?

Yes, you can request account deletion by contacting our support team. Please note that account deletion is permanent and all your data will be removed from our systems, subject to legal retention requirements.

I forgot my password. What do I do?

Click "Forgot Password" on the sign-in page. Enter your email address and we'll send you a password reset link. Follow the instructions in the email to create a new password.

How much does Dentist Pro cost?

Is there a free trial?

Yes! New users get 7 days of free access to all features. No credit card is required to start your trial. You can upgrade to a paid plan at any time during or after your trial period.

Can I get a refund?

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. If you're not satisfied with Dentist Pro, contact our support team within 30 days of your purchase for a full refund.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. We don't offer partial refunds for cancelled subscriptions.

Troubleshooting

The site is loading slowly or not at all

I'm not receiving emails

If you're not receiving emails from us:

  • Check your spam/junk folder
  • Add our email address to your contacts
  • Verify your email address in account settings
  • Check that your email inbox isn't full

The AI chat isn't responding

If the AI chat isn't working properly, try refreshing the page. If the issue persists, our AI service may be experiencing temporary issues. Check back in a few minutes or contact support if the problem continues.

I found a bug. How do I report it?
